About Andrea
Andrea is a leader and developer of teams and individuals with a broad range of management experience spanning more than 20 years. She is also an experienced learning and development professional with extensive experience in design and delivery of outcomes based learning solutions across a wide variety of industries
Andrea took her extensive management and leadership skill into the learning and development arena where she specialised in the areas of Leading through change, leadership, interpersonal communication skills, influencing negotiation and presentation skills.
Andrea has developed a reputation for delivering results through strategic implementation of learning solutions and has a strong track record of exceptional instructional design, change management and staff motivation.
Andrea’s style is energetic and interactive. She believes great learning happens when participants are engaged, enjoying themselves and can make the links to their world. Change begins with awareness and continues with relevance, desire and the tools to support change.
Andrea prides herself on her ability to adapt her style to meet the needs of her audience. She has worked with all levels within an organisation from entry level positions to senior leaders. Her experience spans across many industries and sectors including large corporate clients, academic institutions, medical researchers, as well as smaller niche organisations.
